This is why everything is a little shit to me. I’m just getting all of them in one combined s/h/it word.
And to expand on the other answers you received, it’s hilarious (and perhaps old now… I saw something about medical debt now being counted on credit scores and I’m sure attacks have been made on medical debts in general) that the advice typically given was to NEVER make a payment on any medical debt, because that counted as a commitment towards paying, and the laws that eventually made medical debts go away no longer applied, so the debt companies would have more ammunition to use against you in court.
Stop, you’re confusing them! And when they get confused, they hurt everyone in their confusion!
I’m now going to hear crotchet every time I read crochet, thanks.
I always thought it was a small joke that saved a lot of space and time. Why have/show link explain things fully to an npc when the player already knows what’s going to be explained? Just do the … thing and pretend link gave a five sentence summary and now we can move on faster.
Italians can suck my short toe. They didn’t even come up with the pizza, it was italian heritage immigrants. Same thing for people who complain about deep dish pizza (which is really just a weird lasagna/casserole) not being pizza.
In a sense of understanding the wife’s perspective, proximity is just as important as the other major factors that affect how likely a relationship is to begin. There was a cool study of college students who lived in an apartment style building that showed you were most likely to begin a relationship with the person who had a door immediately next to yours. The only exception to that was for the person who had a door immediately next to the mailboxes. Proximity matters because it lets another person see you enough to form opinions based on a lot of interactions, and we all know someone who ‘shines’ despite their physical looks.
Plot twist: new neighbor was wearing a shirt that read, “I <3 dad bods,” and was already flirting (asking for help moving boxes /eyeroll) with the guy in sweatpants.

I’m wondering if scale, as in the crud that can build up on certain materials under certain conditions, is simply derived from the fish scale sense. It would seem like it, since it’s the ‘shell or husk’ Otherwise, yay, a fourth meaning!
