Me too! When I was a kid, my grandmother would give me a little bowl of frozen peas and corn to snack on. Now I give my kids the same and they strongly prefer them cold.
I work with a kid who really likes cold sensations in his mouth (autism, this kind of experience isn’t uncommon.) At snack time he eats frozen peas and frozen blueberries.
Which is why when I recently cooked with frozen peas, I tried a few before cooking. I get it, I’m a fan of peas and the novel texture of them being frozen was interesting. I didn’t love it enough to make a new snack out of it, but you’re right - you never know until you try.
I love frozen fruit and veg! If you’ve never tried it then don’t knock it

Try frozen fruit. Dude, so good. Frozen cherries, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, mmmmm
Yeah, frozen peas sounds pretty edible and even nice for current weather
