But isn’t it true that whatever they don’t pay in taxes via writeoffs, they get to keep and use however they want? They might choose not to give themselves a bigger bonus with those savings on taxes, but…I do doubt it for some reason

Well they will make the donation, but they’ll do it with your money, and then they’ll take the tax deduction for it, and reward themselves with a nice fat end of year bonus from the tax savings. Isn’t capitalism fun?
He’s like 16 years old dude, he’s not leading a vigilante assault squad. He may have never punched a guy before. I guarantee within that school the Nazi is getting a lot more ridicule and bullying for being punked like a bitch than the kid that punked him. Whether he broke his face completely or not.

1·25 days agoWell that’s fair then. I do clean my floors once a week. Maybe they’re dirtier than others’ on average, but I think I’d clean them once a week no matter how much dirt there is. So I guess to me it doesn’t make a noticeable difference, but I would agree that wearing shoes indoors objectively brings more dirt into the house.

41·25 days agoI’m sick less than most of my friends on average and I wear shoes indoors when it’s more convenient than taking them off. Germaphobes can hate it but I hardly think it’s really that bad for anyone’s health
Didn’t you also help found that FTX crypto exchange a few years ago too?
Didn’t realize Belgium was that diverse - according to the data it is slightly more diverse than the US with a diversity index of 0.55 compared to the US’S diversity index of 0.49. both of which are SIGNIFICANTLY more diverse than France (0.17) and more diverse Spain (0.42) according to this statistic. Many European countries that tut about diversity and varied culture fall pretty low on that list.
Also your point about the US community that speaks Walloon sort of illustrates my point. Almost every other culture in the world has a community or cultural center somewhere inside the US
Well, the US is about 250 years old as a society. How old is your country bud?

I stand corrected, thanks! I always assume they’re finding a way to directly enrich themselves further, because they often are.
