The last time I pulled a dashboard out it took a week to get it back to as functional as it was when I pulled it out. At that point I was just happy to be done with it lol

I’m not sure what SSTV is but basically you import the image as a raw data file into Audacity then add audio effects.
Here’s a tutorial on how to do it.
You can get some really interesting effects doing it!
EDIT: And yeah the link is to a really odd place (A Minecraft forum?) but when I first heard of the process that’s the link someone sent me so I’m gonna pass it on. Though I should make sure that that link is mirrored somewhere…
That’s typically what I do, until it gets annoying (ain’t my first P0420 code lol)
This one though I’m probably gonna fix once it stops raining sideways here
Upon looking closer the shipping cost is the same (The 2 models they have that I mentioned elsewhere in this thread are only different by ~$0.50 in terms of shipping)
With this seller though they offer local pickup so I typically do that with them so not only do I save on shipping, I get some much needed exercise lol
I’ve bought a lot of stuff from them over the years, they’re great
Old, low end, and also the touch screen isn’t working on it.
The seller has one with a working touchscreen for about $100USD more, but I’m gonna hold off for now on buying it. (My car turned on the “hungry for money” light this morning and it’s saying “P0420 not blazing bro”)

I can’t not sing the phrase “Dare to be Stupid”
Always brings me joy lol
To use the internet was an intentional act. You had to check the time to make sure you weren’t gonna hit some long distance charges, login, and wait for it to connect.

Edit after seeing it for the first time: They should really male the text bigger IMO and/or add an extra disclaimer when it’s added to the cart. Like “The Early Access game you have added to your cart hasn’t had an update in [insert time] would you like to continue?” And highlight the item.
After this line the rest of the comment is unchanged.
Depends on the game really, but in general I agree.
Some early access games have the core gameplay loop done they’re just not feature complete, and some early access games didn’t nail the loop before being abandoned. Some are barely functional when abandoned, and some are thinly veiled tech demos.
And some early access games have been in early access forever constantly ballooning in scope and will likely never leave early access. And some came with an initial scope that should’ve been a huge red flag for everyone but then they basically went into “maintain appearances” mode (scams like Star Citizen)
I feel you on that man, every time I’ve had to work under my first gen CRV (it’s a 2000 model year, made at he end of 1999) it’s turned into a weekend project.
Rear sway bar links? 3 days. Trailing arm and rear control arm bushings? 2 days. Sway bar bushings? 2 days AND ended up swapping out the rear cross beam because of how fucked it became during the whole shitshow (the latest project with it).
Under the hood? At most an afternoon.
