No. It’s actually absorbed by the stomach, and requires the gastric acid to do it. Stomach acid is usually rendered neutral in the large intestine. I would suspect it would be the same as inhaling it, but I have no clue.

Plus, while Adderall would damage your lungs, I’m pretty sure boofing it is a good way to lose your lower intestines.
