  • Laws that aren’t enforced can be fought as unfair when enforced. Laws that aren’t held up in a court of law are no longer laws anymore.

Nice little imaginary world you’re living in there.

There’s laws on the books that makes it legal to shoot a thieving Native, do you seriously think you won’t be prosecuted if you do…? Just because a law exists, doesn’t mean it’s still “legal”. It has to be enforced.

Like jeeze know a little law before opening your yap next time.

  • Every country has similar laws, you understand this yeah? It’s not like America is unique in this lmfao.

There was also more than one point, but of course you would focus on one and try to discredit it, but you failed miserably. You also didn’t even quote the whole thing, which goes on to explain more restrictions that got universally. You’re just a bitter person aren’t you?

    Example, the Uk

While there is no specific national minimum speed limit in the UK,

driving too slowly can be illegal if it is deemed to be inconsiderate, dangerous, or causes an obstruction to other road users. Police can penalize drivers for driving without due care and attention,

This is easily googleable, and every country has legislation you can look up. This isn’t that hard of concept to understand, if you cared to look past your own nose.

  • Other way around dude, roads are Congested from people already ignoring the highway since it’s going to be bad. Pick your poison.

And there is okay public transport, some people just prefer the “freedom” of driving. Even the best public transport isn’t going to make it across town in the same amount of time as a non-lighted highway. Too many stops.

You seem to have such a narrow view and understanding of the complexities of transportation and just want to bloviate about being anti car.

I’m leaving this conversation now, there’s no good that will come from trying to educate you, since you wouldn’t want to be, to set in your ignorance.

  • Driving to the conditions is also vague. Some people feel safe driving near the limit in snow, some think you have to go 40 under. Now that also depends on if you have snow tires or not too. If you don’t, you shouldn’t be trying to reach the limit unless the road is clear and dry. But even traction is reduced once it gets near freezing regardless.

In the end, it’s a judgment call, and pulling the person over is only ever going to make the situation worse. They won’t suddenly start going faster or find a different route the next day.
