yes for what I know, unless you are from the UK or Ireland, it’s quite common to speak at least two. Not per-se fluent, but at least conversational level. It’s usual the national language & English. I speak four and that rarely raises an eyebrow.

My home screens all looks like this

if it works it’s not stupid

but what do you do if there’s a fire or some other cause for rapid evacuation? In that case, my appearance is the least of my problems. But jumping out of bed and taking the duvet with me will do don’t you think ?
