I think the joke is that Fallout New Vegas has the soul of the original fallout games, despite looking very similar to Fallout 3 and being made in the Creation Engine like the Bethesda Era Fallout games?

It has several transgender characters that are properly fleshed out and not just tokens that are put in the game in order to fulfill some specific criteria. And they are presented as “just another npc with lots of interaction”, and you need to talk quite a bit with them to notice they are trans.
It is often considered to be the game with the best transgender representation among all mainstream games out there.
Now i’m curious, which characters?
There’s only one completely insignificant character that fans have head-cannoned as trans.
Our mascot is an Ikea shark; FNV is trans because we are XD random and do what we want.
