It kind of does. They won’t get “bigger” per se, but they definitely will appear bigger if you use a push-up bra or smaller bra than usual (and flatten out if you use, for example, a sports bra).
So you can get bigger or smaller boobs by buying another bra size? That’s not how that works mate xD
