I don’t think anything could happen - there’re only two leads coming in and like 200 going out. There’s no way enough leads are connected properly to even intentionally improperly apply 220v AC into the phone.
Generally the power and ground leads are just two leads, and the rest are all data transfer leads and stuff like that. You can plug your phone into your computer and do stuff (even though iOS makes that harder than it should be), but the unmitigated 220v AC would blow up your battery at the very least
