Every time I see a meme from this Superman movie, I genuinely cannot gauge whether someone’s taking the piss or it’s really in the movie.
What’s the range on his lasers? Guy just caused like 3 9/11s.

Superman totally does not understand the rapture.
Why do these lasers have knockback?
Could be any reason? Maybe it is like hard light? Maybe it’s too hot that they jump back as general reflex? Maybe the beam damages their suit in such a way that it malfunctions?
Just after this it is shown that they are falling from above on the ground without any directional momentum, like mosquitoes.
