    The job market is a lie, there is no market except a market for minimum wage/gig labor. Everything else higher than that requires a human connection and you get hired by someone looking for a friend they can chill with at work.

        Did u have any significant experience in Software Engineering from like, private projects? Cos otherwise that’s like winning the lottery, to exaggerate a bit lol

          I had some experience as a compliance manager. My prior role was not technical.

          Most junior engineers at my company have been hired through cold applications straight out of school.

          1 day a week in the office, a couple weeks of travel a year, company is pretty chill with workload.
