Clever.
It just looks like it’s been painted in anti seize paste.
But I think it’s just a really bad print.

They’re lovely pieces of furniture and yes absolutely better than IKEA fingerboard but there’s no way I can fit a 2.5m2 table into my 100m2 house. I wish I could because good memories have and would be made there.

To give some credit, I don’t think that 30% of the global population of the gays or Roma or Slavs was killed by the Nazis. But, still, wow.

Yes.
But it’s also possible to just quietly omit information.
The holocaust resulted in millions of deaths
Sounds bad
the holocaust resulted in the death of approximately six million Jews and a further eight to ten million people from other groups such as Russian POW, Slav, Roma, Sinti, and homosexuals.
Puts figures to how bad it was.

It’s not just smaller pages. Brands and people pay for PR people to groom their page to present in a good light. Sure, it includes the information but it is groomed to be “neutral” and minimise the negative perception. Look at Musk’s page as an example.
German Green Party abhors nuclear energy; after Fukushima the government closed all the nukes and coal filled the gap “but renewables will be ready soon”.
ETA the greens weren’t government but their anti nuclear stance was a helpful part.

Forty years ago the newsrooms were staffed and the editors edited (sure they’re biased but they had some ideas of integrity) and you could read the paper. Now there’s just so much noise.

Red onions are best.

These people are balanced out by the ones who use onion slices as dippers in humus with ungodly garlic ratios, and the people who eat ghost peppers like popcorn.
“I’ve done my shopping at 11 am on saturdays for the last 40 years and even though the shops are packed and the selection is poor, I’m not going to consider moving to 10 on Monday instead”
