Around here there was a famous AIDS awareness PSA, many years ago; the slogan was “AIDS: if you know it you avoid it, if you know it it wont kill you”. The same applies with these two.

That PSA was intended to raise awareness of AIDS, its dangers and means of transmission; what’s wrong with it?
