A long time ago I got into a “debate” with my then reddit peers. I mean precum is fairly normal and not a lot, but way different from a full on squirt. You just need to go to the bathroom before torture time then.
If I actively pissed while getting head, yes, I would start to pee before sex.
Squirting, while comprised of some pee, is not the same as pissing.

It’s a combination of pee and fluids excreted from the skene’s glands. Similar to the fluids excreted from the prostate.
