No idea where you’re located, but in America there are a lot of right-wing religious wingnuts that enjoy street-corner preaching, as it were.
Most of this preaching involves carring signs with a fire-and-brimstone message and yelling about how the passers-by need to repent.
The most famous example would be the
Westboro Baptist Church (cw: slurs, homophobia, antisemitism, etc)
Anyway, it’s common for audiences to troll these guys with gayness.
Yeah trolling them or counterprotesting them is almost like a rite of passage in some circles. I spent way too much time doing that in college.
