Most generous interpretation is this is just a random cosplayer with a custom armor, because of the nonsense text I’d say this is AI but it’s probably older than that, just a good old 'shop.Also bottom left picture the pink “ponytail” or cloth thing is attached to the helmet, bottom right picture it’s still attached to his hair/neck.
It might be in reference to Mirai Sentai Timeranger, but the costume doesn’t seem right and the katakana is just Mirai Good, so… idk.
