Every time Trump makes a tweet, I cannot gauge whether it’s fake or real. How can a nation elect something like that?

Oh, hey — I’ve gone through this since his first term.

Yeah I asked my Trump loving office trog what he thinks about all the stuff Trump, Hegseth and the other sycophants say. His response boiled down to ‘I don’t pay attention to everything they say or do.’

The average Trump voter will not be described as discerning in the history books. It’s a shame they’ve been allowed to be the loudest Americans.

That’s not from Trump. While it uses his phrasing, sort of, the whole thing stays on one point and is generally cohesive.

Giveaway for me was he didn’t sign off on a topic like this with a “Thank you for your attention to this matter”. But maybe he doesn’t like us giving attention to these matters. Who knows.

His team can post on his behalf. It might be posted on his account by someone else.

Sure, and if you want to argue “a staffer did it”, then “staying on point”/“generally cohesive” is a stretch to make the argument work. This has extremely jumpy flow, and trying to move the standard further back and say “bUt NoT fOr TrUmP” just turns this whole thing into an unfalsifiable hypothesis facilitated by an infinitely movable goalpost. I can point out why it’s so jumpy (any literate person should be able to), but I’m confident it’ll be met with, again, “tRuMp StAnDaRdS tHo!!”.

Edit: More importantly, though, saying confidently that “it’s not from Trump” is hilariously unfounded. I’m not arguing it is or is not from Trump, but rather that saying anything definitively like that is absurd.

This is so dumb, he can make an account for each staffer that wants to post so we can see who is posting what garbage.

Without a clear indication of who is posting he is likely violating the law in regards to record retention.

I believe that, in which case “that’s not from Trump” is something they’re in no position to say matter-of-factly; they’re just guessing (and I think poorly, at that). It’s just palm-reading the post and then giving a definitive, with no caveats, “Nope, Trump didn’t write this.”

I linked to the article because trying to definitively say Trump didn’t write something definitionally has to be reserved for fake posts, not real ones that come from his account with no disclaimer and no later admission.

I’m pretty sure he uses an llm to write a lot of his posts. The ones like this one.

      The rest are voice-to-text.

If Chinas Navy pulled up and said “We’re here to get our tankers. Go on, try and stop us.” That would be a slap in the face he wouldnt survive OR he starts WW3… which he also wouldnt survive.

Yeah so apparently China has also been sending Iran some weapons. Cause that’s definitely in China’s best interest.

U.s so worried Iran would get nuclear weapons and literally created the situation that would hand them more weapons and possibly nuclear tech support from China.

As well as increasing their economic situation by encouraging a toll booth.

I’m happy that Iran is getting ahead, after all the U.S sanctions b.s. But the cost was very high for them.
